The Halcyon Fall: The Sweet Spot w/ Laurielle-Noel
Time & Location
About the event
I remember when The Sweet Spot was an idea being spoken aloud in my living room by a Mr. Ainsely Burrows. I also remember being a steady part of it's tender beginning and witnessing the show not only cross city and country boarders, but expand ideas about sex, kink, pleasure and art to Black folks internationally. Today Laurielle-Noel is the CEO of The Sweet Spot and I want to talk to her about the Good Littles, The Bad Daddy's and the NASTY she's enjoyed from running such a large and impactful platform and what The Sweet Spot has taught her about sex, sexuality, sensuality and permission.
Laurielle Noel is a first generation Haitian-American, world-traveler, bona fides New Yorker, art enthusiast and sex positive evangelist. After obtaining a law degree at Georgetown Law Center, Laurielle's life journey took her through several professions that laid the groundwork for where she is today. Seven years in corporate, six years in Manhattan real estate, and nine years running the biggest black burlesque show in the country later, Laurielle continues to be fired up about business development and using her unique set of skills to empower others to live their best lives.
